🧘🏼♀️Mobility Workshop
Opening session: Breath, the nervous system & mobility
A practical session exploring how breath and the nervous system influence mobility, movement, and performance.
We explored how the body responds to tension and safety and how simple shifts in breath and awareness can change what feels available in the moment.
Participants were guided through accessible practices to experience this directly, leaving with simple tools they could take into their own training.
“The simple tool of softening into the breath and changing my mindset made a huge difference. I took it straight into my yoga classes and it massively helped.” - Kirsty
